How can we become more effective than 20% of the congregation being aware and involved and carrying 80% of the weight of world missions? What are you doing to get beyond the general performance in which the congregants over 50 years old provide 80 percent of the funding and participation?

Individual ownership and participation rises and falls on leadership communicating and modeling the character desired. High quality and frequent literature, reports, media are required to keep our people informed on the full scope of opportunities available to them. Telling stories, i.e. testimonials, about the fulfilling results is important.
